Saura Hotel, Agra - A Club Mahindra Associate

We booked for Club Room and allocated a room almost at the end of corridor and passing rooms that were under renovation covered by curtain only. I complaint to the reception and requested for room changing at different floor, and they were kindly attended my request and instead of placing me to the same type of room, they upgraded my room to Executive King Room. the upgraded room was quite spacious and has separate living room and bar table with high chair. there are toilette in the room, one is the attached bathroom inside the bedroom, and another one (smaller size) in the living room.

Very calm place to relax from busy city Agra. Not too crowded. We were alone in the swimming pool. Dinning super good and very cheap, I really recommend buffer and very good attention by Pooja :D Room super comfortable and big. Very clean. Good spa massages! Very good 5 stars hotel overall.

The staff was really co operative. I visited during janmashtami and the decor they did at that time was superb. Best point: kids area
